Verification Steps

Attached are the steps for activating the account on the Twerlo Connect platform:
The first stage
Stage objectives: Verify a Facebook business manager account.
* Note: If the Facebook business manager account is already verified, this stage is immediately skipped.
Steps:
1- A copy of the commercial registry that includes the company's address.
2- A mobile number to link to and authenticate a Facebook page (an SMS / Call OTP will be sent from Facebook to verify this number) and share the code with the Twerlo team.
3- Share the company logo.
5- The company’s website must be active.
4- Create and activate an email address Tech@x.net.
5- Entering a special link shared by the Facebook team on the control page for this domain "x.net" in order for Facebook to document the page.
6- Submit the requirements to activate the page.
* Note: In the event of difficulty we can help you, we will need temporary admin access to the Facebook page to activate the Facebook Business account.
The second stage :
Stage objectives: Request to verify WhatsApp account
Steps:
1- A copy of the business Facebook account confirming the entity's business Facebook account verification.
2- Add this link to whatsapp@configurationbot.com and give it admin authority in Facebook Business account - temporarily (you can remove this after testing your API and activating it).
3- Signing the minimum contract terms and conditions for a Facebook end user. We need to keep a signed copy of the customer.
4- Share the phone number on which you want to activate WhatsApp Business, provided that it is not a WhatsApp user.
5- Share content for the description that will appear for the account:
